The event witnessed overwhelming participation from residents, who joined the session to embrace yoga as an essential part of a healthy lifestyle.

Sharing a medical perspective, Dr Pallav Mishra stressed that good health extends beyond the absence of disease. He noted that physical, mental and social well-being together define a healthy life. He advised residents to incorporate 30 to 45 minutes of daily walking, light exercise, yoga and routine health check-ups into their schedules to counter the effects of modern lifestyle-related stress.

The event was attended by RWA office bearers including President Divya Krishnatreya (Deepak Sharma), General Secretary Rajeev Dublish, Treasurer Suresh Bansal, Joint Secretary Anil Bhadoria and executive members Umesh Mathur, Mahesh Chauhan and Naveen Paliwal.
