Greater Noida West: Residents of ACE City Society of Greater Noida West have started protesting against the additional maintenance charge. Against this, the people living here have opened a front. Pressure is being made to pay this two hundred rupees separately from the maintenance. Residents have started protesting against it. They say that no charge will be charged separately for the maintenance. If pressure is still made, then a complaint will be made to the Deputy Registrar.
Atmaram Rathore, a resident of this society, said that Till now only maintenance charge was taken in the complex. It is paid every month through an app.
This year on Diwali, the officials of AOA implemented a new fee called sinking fund for the residents. Other works including repair and development of the building will be done. For this, two hundred rupees will be charged every month. This amount has been added to the common area maintenance.
ACE City Society residents allege that the Sinking Fund should be kept separate from the maintenance charge. People have started protesting against linking it to the common area charge. Residents say that this is very wrong. AOA is engaged in harassing the residents. People are being harassed unnecessarily. What is the problem with AOA in keeping this amount separate? If it is not separated from the maintenance charge, a complaint will be made to the Deputy Registrar.
