Greater Noida : Residents of Supertech Czar staged a protest against the maintenance agency over the increase in maintenance charges twice within six months. The residents alleged that instead of improving basic facilities and services in the society, the agency is burdening flat owners with repeated hikes in charges.
According to residents, several issues related to maintenance and civic amenities are still unresolved in the society. They claimed that despite paying regular maintenance fees, problems such as poor upkeep, cleanliness concerns and inadequate services continue to persist.
During the protest, residents raised slogans against the maintenance agency and demanded an immediate rollback of the increased charges.
Increasing fees without improving facilities is unfair to residents already facing financial pressure.

Residents further alleged that the maintenance agency did not take them into confidence before implementing the revised charges. They demanded transparency in financial management and proper accountability regarding the use of maintenance funds.
The protesting residents warned that if their demands are not addressed soon, they will intensify their agitation in the coming days.
