Fraudsters make people victims of fraud by sending such messages
UPI has warned customers making digital payments through this social media post that cybercriminals are now making people victims of fraud in the name of PAN card upgrades. UPI has written in the post that your PAN card has been blocked and to upgrade to PAN card 2.0, provide your Aadhaar number and bank account information. UPI has said that fraudsters make people victims of fraud by sending such messages. Therefore, do not share details like your bank account, PAN card, or Aadhaar card with anyone. Also, it has been advised to be cautious about the fraud happening in the name of making payments in the name of updating PAN cards.
