New Delhi: Today is the last day to buy a flat under two special schemes of the Delhi Development Authority (DDA). Under these schemes, people can get houses with huge discounts of 20-25%. These flats, which usually cost from Rs 1.18 crore to Rs 1.23 crore, are now available for just Rs 94.4 lakh to Rs 99 lakh. That is if you want to buy a house in Delhi at affordable prices, then take advantage of this opportunity today.
Just 20 minutes away from IGI Airport
According to this scheme of DDA, 107 Middle Income Group (MIG) flats are available in Loknayakpuram. These flats are built along the Urban Extension Road (UER-2) and are located just 20 minutes away from IGI Airport. Apart from this, the area is also just 2.5 km from Mundka Metro Station, making commuting very easy. DDA opened these flats for sale on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis on January 6, and today is the last day of this scheme.
Under DDA’s Workers Housing Scheme 2025, 700 affordable flats are available under the EWS category in Narela Pocket 3, 4, 5, 6 Sector-G2. These flats have been reserved for workers who have registered with the Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (DBOCWWB) before December 2024. DDA opened this scheme on January 15 on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis.
People can also buy houses at affordable rates under Pradhan Mantri Vishwakarma Yojana. The area of these flats is between 35-35.1 square meters and their estimated price is Rs 11.54 lakh to Rs 11.67 lakh. But, a discount of 25 per cent is being given in this scheme, due to which these flats can be found for only Rs 8.65 lakh to Rs 8.8 lakh.
