Authority is unaware

The Noida Authority is not unaware of increasing encroachment and the hazards of this menace. Even after notices, no action has been taken. Due to some reason or the other, those notices are suppressed, resulting in increasing encroachment everywhere.

CONRWA has a suggestion to curb encroachment

The federation wants to know what action has been taken on all the notices issued by the authority against encroachment in the last two years. Detailed information about this should be collected and strict action needs to be taken against the culprit.

‘No permission granted, still there is construction, how?’

PS Jain, President says that “Neither maps are passed nor any permission is taken from the authority, construction is done without a permit.

BB Valecha, Co-Convenor, CONRWA requests the Noida Authority, “It is a request that whatever notices have been issued by the authority against encroachment in the last two years, they should be thoroughly investigated so that action can be taken against the culprits of encroachment in the city.”
