Greater Noida : Residents of Supertech Czar staged a protest against the maintenance agency over the increase in maintenance charges twice within six months. The residents alleged that instead of improving basic facilities and services in the society, the agency is burdening flat owners with repeated hikes in charges.
According to residents, several issues related to maintenance and civic amenities are still unresolved in the society. They claimed that despite paying regular maintenance fees, problems such as poor upkeep, cleanliness concerns and inadequate services continue to persist.
