
Noida: Udyog Vihar in Sector 82 witnessed a devotional beginning to Sharadiya Navratri Mahotsav 2026 with the installation of Mata Rani amid Vedic chants and traditional religious rituals. The ceremony marked the beginning of nine days of festivities, with residents embracing the occasion with faith and enthusiasm.
The festival will feature a series of religious and cultural programmes throughout the nine days. Daily activities will include bhajan evenings, Mata Rani’s aarti, bhajan-kirtan, dandiya and garba performances, creating an atmosphere of devotion and celebration within the residential community.
Women to take centre stage in Navratri celebrations
Women residents of Udyog Vihar are expected to participate enthusiastically in the celebrations, showcasing their devotion and cultural talent through various activities. The festivities aim to provide residents with an opportunity to come together and celebrate the spirit of Navratri as a community.
The organisers said the initiative is intended to strengthen bonds among residents, promote mutual love, harmony and brotherhood, and encourage the younger generation to connect with India’s rich cultural heritage and traditions.
RWA invites residents to join the festivities
The RWA team of Udyog Vihar Sector 82, led by President Mayank Chauhan and General Secretary Ranjan Kumar, has invited all residents to participate in the Navratri Mahotsav with their families.
The team urged residents to attend the religious and cultural programmes, seek the blessings of Mata Rani and contribute to making the celebration a success.
With nine days of devotion, music and cultural activities planned, the festival is expected to foster a sense of togetherness and strengthen community spirit among residents.
