Noida: The 216th board meeting was organized online in the Noida Authority on January 2, 2025, at 3:00 pm. In which 5 main proposals were discussed. The board meeting was organized under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary and Infrastructure and Industrial Development Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh, Manoj Kumar Singh.
It has been decided to publish the scheme for the allotment of industrial plots, this scheme will be based on Government Order No. 7318/77-4-24-76 U0O/24 dated 26 December 2024.
It was considered by the Authority to implement a common policy (unified policy) for the matters of allotment, lease, possession etc. of plots. This will bring transparency to all the works and make the process easier.
The functioning of industrial plots in the authority area was reviewed. It was decided to give a last chance to those plots for which payment has not been made. It was decided to send a proposal for a last chance to make payment to those plots for which OC/CC or functionality certificate could not be issued due to overdue payment.
The meeting also discussed the cases of those residential plots and flats in which transfer or registration could not be done due to multiple General Power of Attorney. It was decided to make a special arrangement for the settlement of such cases.
It is proposed to operate 500 air-conditioned e-buses in Noida, Greater Noida and YEIDA Authority area. The board has given in-principle permission for the operation of 300 buses and their routes in the Noida Authority area. These buses will improve the transport situation in the area the most.
