Greater Noida West : Residents of ATS Homekraft Nobility Society have expressed strong concern and frustration over continuous power tripping and voltage fluctuations being experienced in the society for the past several days. Amid intense summer heat, repeated electricity disruptions, particularly during late-night hours, are severely affecting the sleep, health and daily routine of residents.
According to residents, the ongoing voltage fluctuations and frequent tripping incidents have already damaged electrical appliances and electronic devices in multiple households.
Despite spending long working hours in offices, we are now being forced to repeatedly visit the facility office late at night due to persistent electricity-related issues. Whenever complaints are raised with the facility management team during nighttime, they are consistently informed that the issue is linked to NPCL power supply and that the DG backup system is unable to manage the complete electrical load during outages.
Residents

Many residents expressed disappointment, stating that they invested significant amounts in purchasing homes in a luxury residential society with expectations of better infrastructure, uninterrupted services and reliable power management. Despite reportedly paying around Rs. 30 per unit as DG charges, residents alleged that serious power-related issues continue to persist on a daily basis.
The situation has also raised safety concerns within society.
Sudden power cuts and voltage fluctuations have led to people getting stuck inside lifts on several occasions, creating panic and anxiety among families.
Residents
Frustrated over the repeated inconvenience and absence of a permanent solution, residents reportedly called the police late last night to highlight the situation. Residents also submitted a written memorandum carrying signatures from multiple families at the local police station.
In addition, the issue has been raised on the Jan Sunwai portal as well as on various social media platforms in an attempt to draw immediate attention from concerned authorities and the society management.
Residents have now demanded an immediate technical audit of the society’s electrical infrastructure, transparent communication regarding the actual root cause behind the repeated failures and a permanent resolution to ensure a safe, stable and comfortable living environment for all residents.
Apartment Times attempted to contact the concerned management regarding the allegations and complaints raised by residents. However, a response was awaited at the time of publishing this report.
