Greater Noida: The Apartment Owners Association (AOA) election at Ace Divino Society was held on Wednesday, with a new executive committee and board members announced for the 2026-27 term.
Pramod Kumar Monga has been elected as the President of the new AOA. The newly elected executive committee includes Nitesh Kumar Mittal as Vice-President, CS Avnish as Secretary, Dr. Geetika Chhabra as Joint Secretary, CA Arvind Sharma as Treasurer and Komal Gaur as Joint Treasurer.
The new Executive Board will include Krishna Kumar Acharya, Sanjeev Kumar, Sanjay Thakur and Siddharth Shukla.
New AOA Team Takes Charge
Atul Srivastava and Gopi Chand Dodwani said the election process was conducted peacefully. They said the new executive committee has the important responsibility of focusing on the society’s development, better management, transparency and the interests of residents.
The newly elected team has expressed its commitment to maintaining transparency, accountability, teamwork, cooperation and a harmonious environment within the society.
The committee will also focus on improving the society’s infrastructure, security, resident facilities and financial management.
With the successful completion of the election process, the newly elected AOA has begun its tenure and is expected to work towards addressing residents’ concerns and improving the overall management and living environment at Ace Divino.
