Noida,June 7: The Noida Federation of Apartment Owners Association (NOFAA) formally inducted its newly elected Executive Board for the 2026–28 term during an oath-taking ceremony held on June 7 at the Community Centre in Sector 50, Noida. The event brought together resident welfare leaders, apartment owners, social representatives, and dignitaries from Noida, Greater Noida, Greater Noida West, and the Yamuna Expressway region, highlighting the growing role of organized citizen participation in urban governance.
The ceremony was attended by prominent public representatives, including Mahesh Sharma, Pankaj Singh, and Tejpal Nagar. They congratulated the newly elected team and appreciated NOFAA’s efforts in representing the concerns and aspirations of apartment residents across the region.
The newly elected board is led by President Puneet Sharma, Secretary General Surojit Dasgupta, and Treasurer Rajeev Kumar Saxena. The Executive Board also includes zonal vice presidents, secretaries, joint secretaries, and executive committee members, bringing together experienced community leaders and several founder members committed to strengthening resident representation and welfare initiatives.
Addressing the gathering, the new leadership reaffirmed NOFAA’s commitment to improving the quality of life of apartment residents through enhanced citizen participation, transparent governance, and stronger engagement with government agencies.
