Camels are herbivores, attacking mankind!
Camels eat grasses, grains, wheat, oats, leaves, and twigs from shrubs and trees. They can also eat plants that other animals avoid, like thorns and salty plants. But this attack has left everyone shocked.

Kamal Dutt Sharma (72), Resident, Gaur Saundaryam went out for a morning walk in the park opposite Gaur Saundaryam High Street on October 16, 2024. Suddenly a camel attacked him. He shouted loudly and pleaded for help. Even after this, the camel bit his ear and hand. In a hurry, the victim’s family admitted him to a nearby hospital. Where he is undergoing treatment.
An atmosphere of fear among the people of the society
The people of Gaur Saundaryam Society say, “The elderly man has got stitches on his ear and hand. After the incident, there is an atmosphere of fear among the people of the society.“
B. K. Bansal, resident informed Apartment Times, “This camel is spotted for the first time here. This camel attacked me also when I was out for the morning walk. Now we will be aware.”

The family has also sought help from the police to search for the owner of the camel, so that action can be taken against him.
