YSS Foundation organises ‘Rang De Khushiya’ holi celebration with street children

Noida: With the aim of bringing happiness and festive joy to underprivileged children, YSS Foundation organised a special program titled “Rang De Khushiya – Holi Celebration with Street Children” on March 1, 2026, at Yuva Street to School in Sector-126, Noida. The initiative was focused on celebrating Holi in a safe, respectful, and joyful environment with street-connected and marginalised children.

During the celebration, children played Holi with eco-friendly colors and were provided sweets, refreshments, and gifts. The event also featured music, dance, and cultural performances, creating an atmosphere of excitement and celebration. The children enthusiastically participated in the activities and enjoyed the festive spirit along with volunteers and organizers.

Such initiatives play an important role in strengthening children’s confidence and encouraging their participation in social activities. He added that celebrations like these help build a positive outlook among children who often face challenging circumstances in their daily lives.

The organisation continues to work actively through its Yuva Street to School initiative toward the education, empowerment, and social upliftment of street and marginalised children. Several volunteers and members actively participated in the event, including Durga Prasad Dubey, Sonu Verma, Kushal Tiwari, Yuvakshi, Sandeep Yadav, Kushal Dixit, Riddhi Agrawal, Arpan Das, Arijit Nandi and Ashwin Parate. Local citizens and Yuva Shakti volunteers were also present and contributed to the success of the program.
