Noida : UPSIDA is working towards taking strict steps to recover the dues from the builders. At present, UPSIDA has a famous builder on its target. For recovery of dues, UPSIDA has written a letter to the District Magistrate to issue RC against these builders. At the same time, it is also working fast on the sealing of unsold flats of a builder. UPSIDA‘s action has created panic among the builders.
What is the whole matter?
UPSIDA owes crores of rupees to Oasis, Design Arc and Cosmos builders. Among these, the highest amount due is 9.70 crore on Oasis Developers, 8.50 crore on Law Galaxy Developers, 86 lakh on Shivalik Project of Cosmos Builder and 1 crore on Design Arc Builder. UPSIDA has written a letter to District Magistrate Manish Kumar Verma to issue RC against the builders as soon as possible to recover the dues. At the same time, about 20 such flats of the Shivalik Homes Project will also be sealed in which people are not living right now and have not been sold yet.
Correspondence has been done several times with the builders to deposit the due amount. However the builders are not depositing the due amount of UPCDA. In such a situation, UPCDA has decided to issue RC against the builders to recover the dues. A letter has been written to the District Magistrate for this.
