Greater Noida West: Team Nishtha has emerged as the clear winner in the elections to form the Ad-hoc Apartment Owners Association (AOA) at Amrapali Leisure Valley Villa, securing 8 of 10 seats. The rival panel won only two seats, giving Team Nishtha a decisive mandate from the residents.

Clear Mandate from Residents

Reacting to the election results, former AOA President Shishir Kumar and supporter of Team Nishtha said the outcome reflects the confidence residents have placed in the team’s leadership and vision for the society. He added that the polling process was conducted peacefully and the results were declared after the completion of vote counting.

According to Team Nishtha, the verdict demonstrates the residents’ preference for transparent, accountable and development-oriented management.

Office Bearers to Be Announced Soon

While the election results have been declared, the formal announcement of office bearers is still awaited. The newly elected members are expected to decide the appointments for key positions, including President, Vice President, General Secretary, Treasurer, and other executive posts within the next one or two days through mutual consensus.
