Greater Noida / Noida: Supertech Golf Country Welfare Association ( an association formed by buyers/owners of Golf Country Society) is calling all the homebuyers of the Supertech Golf Country project, Sector-22D, Yamuna Expressway to safeguard their property. WhatsApp Helpdesk will provide a medium to bring all concerned home buyers together.

The President of the Supertech Golf Country Welfare Association has emphasized the need to reach out to every homebuyer and has also set up a Whatsapp helpdesk to guide and support Homebuyers in filing their Form CA claim forms to help increase the HomeBuyers stake after the incident that happened in Committee of Creditors (COC) meeting on 20th March 2025.

Below is his Call to action message for Supertech Golf Country Home Buyers:

“Dear all Home buyers of Supertech Golf Country, if you own a flat, villa or plot in Supertech Golf Country / Supertech Golf Village / Supertech Golf Suites / Supertech Golf Lands, this is a matter of URGENCY and your immediate attention is sought for your own good.

As part of ongoing insolvency proceedings, the stake of all home buyers in the COC is critical to be established. The only way to do so is to submit their claims with an Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) by submitting Form CA at the earliest.

Every HomeBuyer is recognized as “Financial Creditor in Class” by IBC and must submit Form CA – It is just a necessary step in the CIRP process! It does not mean that you are being asked to take refund instead of your dream home.

Your rights to your property may be in jeopardy even if you have possession/registered property but not claimed through Form CA. When you submit Form CA with all requisite documents to IRP, it means that you are identifying your ownership of the said property to IBBI /NCLT and IRP is then bound to treat that property unit accordingly else unidentified properties are at risk of getting liquidated.

In addition all claims submitted at earliest shall increase the homebuyer stake which is critical in the COC meetings to represent Homebuyers stake.”

Key documents required for valid submission:

  • Completed Form CA,
  • Claim Calculation Sheet,
  • ID Proofs,
  • BBA / Allotment Letter,
  • Possession Letter
