Greater Noida West : Lift is considered the life of any residential-commercial. Life is incomplete without lift. Just imagine what would be the condition of a society where thousands of people have been living for years and many towers do not have lifts.
A dialogue was organized in Supertech Ecovillage-3 society on Sunday, in which the residents of the society raised problems related to registry, lift, parking, club house and other facilities. Residents allege that despite paying maintenance charges, they are not getting any facilities.
Residents said that they have demanded a solution to their problems from the Maintenance Agency many times, but no action has been taken so far. More than 1200 families reside in the society, and they have to face various problems every day.
Residents also said that out of the 18 towers in the society, residents of 16 towers have been waiting for the registry for many years even though they have already made the full payment. Apart from this, the clubhouse facility is not available till now. Only one lift is working in many towers of the society, and due to lack of proper maintenance, the lift is often out of order. Due to this situation, residents have to take the stairs to the 20th floor.
