Greater Noida: The Residents’ Welfare Association (RWA) of Beta-1 Sector has launched a special cleanliness drive as part of its ongoing efforts to maintain hygiene and improve the quality of life for residents. According to the RWA, the executive committee regularly works to address civic issues, including sanitation and other essential public services.
As part of the campaign, cleaning operations are being carried out across the entire sector. Roadside cleaning outside the sector is currently being undertaken by Antony Company, while the KURT Team is conducting cleaning work along the stretch from Beta-1 Gate No. 5 to Gate No. 2.
In addition, Sai Nath Company is carrying out an intensive cleaning drive in all the streets of C Block within Beta-1 Sector. The initiative aims to ensure that the locality remains clean, hygienic, and visually appealing for all residents.
Speaking on the occasion, Harinder Bhati, General Secretary of the Beta-1 RWA, said that the association is committed to resolving civic issues regularly and appealed to residents to actively support the cleanliness campaign. He emphasised that maintaining a clean neighbourhood is a shared responsibility and requires community participation.
Officials from the Greater Noida Authority, including the Health Supervisor, contractor supervisors, and field staff, were present on-site to monitor and coordinate the ongoing sanitation work.
The RWA expressed hope that continued cooperation between residents and civic authorities will help keep Beta-1 Sector clean, healthy and well-maintained.
