The hub has been established as a platform to bridge the gap between research institutions and industry. Its focus areas include technology assessment, intellectual property strategy, technology valuation, licensing, commercialisation planning, startup creation and investment facilitation.

The initiative aims to provide researchers and innovators with structured support to move their ideas from the research stage towards commercial applications and market opportunities.

The partnership will focus on promoting innovation, startup incubation, technology commercialisation and entrepreneurship in the green mobility and clean energy sectors.

The collaboration is expected to create opportunities for startups and innovators working on technologies related to electric mobility and sustainable energy while strengthening industry-academia linkages.

ImpactSathi startup launched

The symposium also saw the launch of ImpactSathi, a startup incubated at Sharda Launchpad Federation.

Founded by Ashish Kushwaha, ImpactSathi is designed to facilitate collaboration among researchers, innovators, startups, industries, investors and other stakeholders in the innovation ecosystem.

The platform aims to foster partnerships and support innovation-led growth by bringing different stakeholders onto a common platform.

The organisers said the symposium and the launch of ICTTH represent a step towards strengthening India’s innovation ecosystem by promoting industry-academia collaboration, accelerating technology commercialisation and supporting research-driven entrepreneurship.

The initiatives are aimed at creating stronger pathways for innovations emerging from research institutions to reach the market and generate wider economic and societal impact.
