Noida: RG Builder, located in Noida, is completing the construction of its new two towers Mirage, due to which there is a lot of anger among the residents of RG. The residents say that the construction work should be done by 6 pm but the builder is working throughout the night, due to which all the residents living here are facing a lot of pollution and noise.

GRAP is implemented in Noida and its surrounding areas

Residents inform Apartment Times that according to the rules of the Honorable Supreme Court, in Delhi NCR, construction of buildings in residential areas should not be done after evening. In October itself, GRAP is implemented in Noida and its surrounding areas. This means that air pollution is strictly prohibited. In such a situation, the builder is ignoring all the rules and working day and night on the construction site of his project, due to which the residents living in RG are facing difficulties.

Many people, fed up, call 112 and ask the police to stop it, but no help is being received from the police or administration.

When authorities failed, AOA stepped in to save residents

In such a situation, now the RG Resident Owners Association has come forward to help the people. Regarding the builder’s ban on construction at night, they have written a letter to the CEO of Noida Authority and are talking about an immediate ban.

RG builder is accused of giving insufficient and improper facilities

RG Residency Apartment Owners Association has already filed a petition against RG in Allahabad Court in which it has requested the court that RG Builder has kept the RG Residency project incomplete for the last 8 years, which is still deprived of basic facilities, mainly the registry of 500 people, incomplete power backup, clubhouse, swimming pool, park incomplete and other basic facilities have not been provided yet.

Residents demand ban on the construction of new project

The association and residents demand that the government and the builder first complete their incomplete project and hand it over, after which the government should permit building of two new towers. This case demanding cancellation of additional FAR of the builder, is filed in Allahabad High Court, the hearing of which is going on. The court is being requested to immediately ban the new project until the decision of the honourable court does not come.
