The residents here allege that their lives have become unsafe due to the lack of security guards for the last month. The society requires 60 guards for morning and evening shifts, but currently not even 30 guards are deployed here.
Same situation for 30 days
Residents say that they complained to the AOA several times regarding this problem, but there was no hearing. Resident Anubhav Dubey said that for the last 30 days, guards have not been deployed in the towers of the society. Apart from this, no guards are deployed on the basement and entry exit ramp.
AOA members did not attend the meeting
The residents also called a meeting on this issue on November 24. In which AOA members were also called, but they did not attend the meeting. Information was received from the maintenance office that there is no written agreement between the maintenance agency and the security agency. Everything is going on without SOP and contract. A complaint was also made to the police, but no action has been taken so far.
