Greater Noida West: Newly elected tower representatives in Ecovillage-1 held a formal meeting with the Authorized Representative (AR) and the maintenance agency to decide the future strategy on the maintenance-related issues of the society. The maintenance agency formally introduced all the representatives to different maintenance teams. The maintenance agency and all the tower representatives together decided to make the maintenance of the society of a high standard.
Ecovillage-1’s Authorized Representative (AR) Vijay Chauhan, who has been elected by election among the society residents on the orders of NCLAT, said that the main objective of today’s meeting was to introduce the committee tower representatives and the maintenance agency along with discussing some other burning issues.
“Messages were being received from the maintenance agency regarding payment due, in the meeting the agency said that it would be rejected with immediate effect. Based on a consensus and with the help of the tower representative, it was agreed to work on the process of settling the tower-wise accounts of all the residents.”

“After today’s first meeting, the second meeting has been confirmed to be held on December 22, 2024. In the next meeting, all the tower representatives will get an opportunity to ask questions to the facility team. All the tower representatives will have to share their questions two days in advance through email or WhatsApp, which will be shared with the maintenance agency. The maintenance agency will answer those questions during the meeting.
