Noida: Age proved to be no barrier for 5-year-old Avyukt Singh, a resident of Sector 17, Noida, who has achieved an extraordinary feat by earning a place in the Guinness World Records.
At just 5 years and 6 months old, Avyukt identified 46 dinosaurs and stated their scientific names in one minute, breaking the previous record of 41. The record was achieved on February 8, 2026, and was officially confirmed by Guinness World Records on June 23, 2026.
The achievement marks Avyukt’s sixth world record, adding another remarkable chapter to the journey of a child who began setting records at the age of just 2 years and 9 months.
46 Dinosaurs In Just 60 Seconds
Avyukt’s record involved identifying 46 dinosaurs and naming their scientific names within a single minute.
The feat surpassed the earlier world record of 41. According to his family, when the Guinness World Records news editor expressed surprise at the fact that such a young child could accomplish the feat, Avyukt responded with a smile.
His achievement is particularly notable given his young age and the extensive knowledge required to identify the dinosaurs and recall their scientific names within such a short time.
A Journey That Began at the Age of 2 Years and 9 Months
The dinosaur achievement is not Avyukt’s first major accomplishment.
His parents, Nidhi Sharma and Bhaskar Singh, say they noticed his strong memory and extraordinary curiosity from an early age. His first world record was achieved when he was only 2 years and 9 months old.

For Avyukt’s mother Nidhi, the achievement is as much a reflection of their family’s journey as it is of her son’s abilities.
She says that whenever people congratulate Avyukt, he proudly tells them, “Meri mummy ko bhi badhai do, unhone mujhe sab sikhaya hai.”
Nidhi recalls that Avyukt displayed an exceptional memory and an eagerness to learn from an early age. Rather than restricting his curiosity, the family encouraged him to explore topics that interested him and helped him develop his knowledge.

Avyukt is currently studying in Pre-Prep (KG) at Delhi Public School, Noida.
His teachers have also witnessed his enthusiasm for learning. While studying in nursery last year, Avyukt won first prize in a poetry recitation competition.
He also impressed his classmates by identifying national flags, turning his natural curiosity into an opportunity to learn and inspire others.
