Good news for metro commuters, Skywalk is getting constructed between sectors 51 and 52

Noida: Big and good news is coming for the people going from Noida to Greater Noida. The work of installing travelators is going on in the skywalk being built between Sector 51-52 Metro Stations. It is being claimed that the skywalk will be ready in three months to eliminate all the problems.

Travelators will be installed in 6 places

This skywalk, being built between 51-52 Metro Station, will be completely air-conditioned (AC). In this travelators will be installed at 6 places. In such a situation, people will have to walk for a very short distance. Travelators are being installed. About 20 per cent of its work has been done.

Change in design

According to the officials, this skywalk was earlier to descend into the corridor inside both metro stations. It was to be connected through the left side from Sector-52 station, which has now been changed. Now it will be connected through the right side.

There will be double benefit

With the construction of Skywalk between Sector-51-52 stations, the problem of commuters will be solved, while those who want to come to the stations from below will use it as FOB.

Passengers will get relief

The two metro stations which are being connected through this skywalk are Sector-51, which is part of the Aqua Line running between Noida-Greater Noida and Sector-52, which is part of the Blue Line running between Noida-Delhi. Here e-rickshaws are running only on paper.
In such a situation, passengers have to walk from one station to another. With the construction of Skywalk, people commuting towards Noida, Greater Noida and Delhi will get relief. Passengers will not have to get on and off the metro again and again.
