International Yoga Day: Yoga celebrations under the aegis of Bhartiya Yoga Sansthan and RG Residency

Noida – The 10th International Yoga Day was celebrated with full fervour and dedication from 6 am to 7.30 am at the podium of RG Residency, Sector 120, Noida. The Yoga Shivir program was conducted at J&K Tower of RG Residency.

Everyone’s presence made the event graceful

The yoga practice was conducted by a resident of B Tower Harish Pahwa who also belongs to Bhartiya Yoga Sansthan. The Yoga Day program was presided over by Ashok Kumar Sharma (RGRSCWA), President of RG Residency Senior Citizen Welfare Association, along with Pradeep Jaiswal, President of RG Residency Apartment Owners Association, Secretary Ashok Bindlish and Vice President Mukesh Sharma, along with all the residents, participated in the yoga practice program of many women on the occasion of Yoga Day.

The program was sponsored by Nirala Infratech Private Limited, Nirala World Residency Private Limited, and Nirala Trio.

The outline of the program

The program was well prepared and everyone enjoyed it to the full core. It started with the Lighting of lamps, Saraswati Vandana, and Singing of the song -Uth Jaag Musafir. Followed by the warm-up exercises, Practicing deep and long breathing and Gayatri Mantra.

Yoga asanas which were performed with great zeal

To achieve life’s goals, these asanas were performed with one and all with great zeal. Tad Asana, Trikon Asana Part-2, Katichakkar Asana, Ardha Surya Namaskar, Sarvanga Asana, Paschimottan Asana, Kon Asana, Vajra Asana, Ushta Asana, Shitila Asana, Triyak Bhujang Asana, Pavanmukt Asana, Shava Asana, Singh Asana, Hasya Asana etc.

Pranayama was also perfomed
Anulom Vilom, Agnisar

Shanti Paath was recited at the end of the program. In the end, Prasad was distributed to all the Yogis and a message of thanks was given.
