Noida Highrise Federation and Noida Police Organize Workshop on Cybercrime and Digital Arrest

Noida: The Noida Highrise Federation (NHRF) and Noida Police jointly organized a workshop on cybercrime and digital arrest at Gaur Grandeur Society, Sector 119, Noida. DCP Preeti Yadav, ACP Twinkle Jain, and SHO Gopal Krishna Sharma attended the event.

‘Avoid taking calls from unknown numbers’ – DCP Preeti Yadav

During the workshop, DCP Preeti Yadav apprised the attendees about the strategies cybercriminals employ to dupe people. She advised them to avoid attending unknown calls, sharing personal financial data, and falling prey to financial lures. She also emphasized the importance of verifying unknown calls and reporting cybercrime incidents to the police in 1930. The workshop provided a platform for residents to share their experiences of cybercrime incidents, and DCP Preeti Yadav offered solutions to prevent such incidents.

Solutions to combat this crime was suggested

Noida Highrise Federation President Nikhil Singhal expressed his gratitude to Noida Police for collaborating with NHRF to create awareness about cybercrime and provide necessary suggestions for online security.

Large number of senior citizens attended

The workshop was attended by Ashutosh Rai, Vice President of NHRF; Kapil Mehra, Secretary of NHRF; Namita Choubey, Joint Secretary of NHRF; Dr. Ajit Singh, Secretary of Amrapali Platinum; GS Pandey, President of Gaur Grandeur; and a large number of senior citizens.
