Navratri 2024: Happiness on homebuyers’ faces, as stalled project Amrapali Valley Enchante will start getting complete

This Navratri, there is an atmosphere of happiness among the home buyers of the Amrapali project which was stuck for years.

Noida: As everyone knows the work on the unfinished projects of Amrapali was stuck and after the intervention of the Supreme Court, the government Navratna company NBCC is completing these projects under the supervision of the court receiver. In the same sequence, on October 06, 2024, the auspicious occasion of Navratri, it was an occasion of great happiness for the flat buyers of Amrapali Dream Valley Enchante because after completing this project which was stuck for years, the process of handing over the flats has been started.

A wave of happiness among all the flat owners

In the initial phase, the keys were handed over to 51 homeowners of the completed flats in two towers of Amrapali Dream Valley Enchante by organizing a ceremony in the premises of Amrapali Dream Valley Enchante itself. There is a wave of happiness among all the flat owners. Also, the remaining buyers are now filled with confidence that their dreams will also come true very soon in the coming time.

Dipankar Kumar, a Member, Nefowa, an organization of home buyers and an organization that played a significant role in the fight of Amrapali home buyers in the Supreme Court, says, “We had fought a long battle, the pleasant result of which is now being seen and we hope that people of all the projects will get their houses soon.”

When people were getting their houses, on this auspicious occasion, Shailendra Bhadoria, President of the Apartment Owners Association of Amrapali Dream Valley Enchantment, says, “It was a very challenging and long struggle, getting a house is like the fulfilment of a dream. Though it was late, the result was very pleasant because today people have started getting their houses and shortly more flats will start getting handed over.”

On this auspicious occasion, all the hardworking officials of Amrapali Dream Valley Enchante Apartment Owners Association Shailendra Bhadoria (President), Anuj Maurya (Vice President), Rituraj Saxena (Secretary), Deepak Chaudhary (Treasurer) and all other members organized Puja and Havan and food was also arranged for the people, in which senior officials of NBCC, members of Apartment Owners Association executive and flat buyers were present in large numbers.
