‘The condition of facilities is very bad’
Vikas Kumar Singh, a resident says, “Despite the siege of the office of Mahagun Builder about a month ago, there has been no improvement in the situation. Despite the high maintenance fee, the condition of cleanliness, security and basic amenities is very bad.”
Questions raised on the security system
Sunil Gupta, Resident says, “Two recent incidents have exposed the security system of the society. In the first incident, a resident’s parked bike disappeared around 10 pm. Then the bike was found in the society the next day and CCTV footage showed that some other resident had taken it by deceit. In the second worrying incident, an unknown woman tried to forcibly enter several houses, but escaped by dodging the security system.”

Residents’ allegations
Karan Kapoor alleges, “The labourers and carpenters employed in the flats work till late night and stay in the under-construction flats. Despite repeated complaints, neither the maintenance officer nor the security officer is paying attention to this.“
Demand to change SFX security agency
Gautam Rai says that they are paying maintenance charges at the rate of Rs 3.54 per square foot so that they get a tight system, but the situation is worsening day by day. Prasannajit has warned that if the system does not improve within a week, they will protest at the Mahagun head office demanding the change of SFX security agency.
