Noida: The Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the voter list is currently underway in Uttar Pradesh. The Election Commission has urged all eligible voters, both new and existing, to submit their forms within the extended deadline. The last date to fill out and submit the SIR form is now December 26, 2025.
Pre-filled forms being distributed by BLOs
Booth Level Officers (BLOs) across the state are distributing re-filled voter revision forms at the doorsteps of eligible residents. Voters simply need to verify and complete their details and submit the form back to their respective BLO.

Residents who have not yet received the form or those who have changed their address can easily complete the process online.
Follow these steps:
1. Visit the official Election Commission website:
[https://voters.eci.gov.in/](https://voters.eci.gov.in/)
2. Click on Fill Enumeration Form.
3. Log in using your mobile number or your existing EPIC number from your voter card.
4. Select Uttar Pradesh as your state.
5. Enter your EPIC number and click Search.
6. Your pre-filled details will appear on the screen
Verify, update if needed and save your form.
