75 women join JVCC Laughter Club’s first All-Ladies Laughter Kitty Meet in Noida, celebrating wellness through laughter, music and dance.
Noida: JVCC Laughter Club has launched a vibrant new initiative for women across the NCR with the introduction of the JLC Monthly All-Ladies Laughter Kitty Meet. Inspired by the vision of Dr Madan Kataria and Madhuri Kataria, the monthly gathering is designed to blend laughter yoga, meditation, fun activities, music, dance and wellness discussions.
Welcoming the participants, Commodore Ashok Sahni, Laughter Ambassador, highlighted the mission behind the initiative. He emphasized that the platform seeks to encourage stress relief, emotional well-being, stronger social bonds and joyful self-care through the power of laughter.
Energetic and Joyful Opening Session
The inaugural session began with a conch-shell invocation by Madhu Bakshi, creating a positive and spiritual atmosphere. This was followed by a 15-minute laughter yoga session that energised participants and set the tone for the event.
The enthusiasm continued as Usha Sharma entertained the audience with the popular Punjabi song Latthe Di Chadar. Participants also enjoyed the lively laughter dance segment titled Time to Laugh, which quickly became one of the highlights of the gathering.
Laughter, wellness and togetherness came alive in Noida as JVCC Laughter Club launched its first All-Ladies Laughter Kitty Meet. Around 75 women participated in an energetic session filled with laughter yoga, music, dance and mindfulness activities.
Around 75 women attended the first edition of the laughter kitty meet. The event was graced by special guests Johnson and Bells Zhang, adding to the diversity and warmth of the gathering.
The venue resonated with smiles, music and a strong sense of community, laying the foundation for many more joyful and wellness-focused sessions in the future.
