Noida: On the occasion of the 11th International Day of Yoga, residents of Samridhi Grand Avenue in Sector 1, Noida came together for a vibrant and energizing yoga session held in society premises. The event began at 6:00 AM and continued till 7:00 AM, witnessing wholehearted participation from all age groups — children, youth, women, and senior citizens.

The primary aim of the session was to inspire individuals to embrace yoga as a daily lifestyle practice, enhancing physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
The yoga session was conducted by Yoga Acharya Manju Nailwal, whose calm, precise, and effective guidance helped participants engage deeply with various yoga asanas, pranayama techniques, and meditation. She emphasized that yoga is not merely a physical exercise but a complete and scientific way of life — a path to inner balance and harmony.
Special Guest of Honour, Commander Narendra Pal Singh (Retd.), a former Naval Officer and motivational speaker, addressed the gathering and shared his thoughts:
Yoga is the union of body, mind, and soul. It is not just about flexibility, but about finding inner strength, clarity, and calm in the chaos of daily life.

The celebration went beyond physical postures; it became a collective moment of mindfulness, health awareness, and community spirit. The lively presence and enthusiastic participation reflected the growing public consciousness that yoga is no longer a solitary discipline — it has blossomed into a global movement for holistic well-being.
