Noida: On the occasion of the 11th International Yoga Day, a grand and spiritually uplifting yoga event was organized today at RG Residency, Sector 120, Noida. A large number of residents participated enthusiastically, embracing the age-old practice of yoga through various asanas and pranayama exercises.

S.N. Rai from Bharatiya Yoga Sansthan (Region 2, Noida), was the Chief Guest and was presided over by Rajni Agarwal and Ashok Bindlish, the AOA members of the society.

Harish Pahwa, the coordinator and trainer for the session, played a pivotal role in making the event a success through his sincere efforts and expert guidance. The session was beautifully conducted by Ram Agarwal, who added an inspiring rhythm to the flow of the program.

Yoga practitioners, both men and women, participated wholeheartedly, celebrating the spirit of wellness and discipline. Senior citizens marked their gracious presence, inspiring all generations with their commitment to health and mindfulness. Residents also played a key role in making the arrangements for this day.
