Greater Noida West: Residents staged a protest against the unjust actions of CRC Sublimis builder and maintenance agency on January 25, 2025. Even after that, no hearing was done by the CRC builder, so the residents protested again today with a huge crowd.
The residents of CRC Sublimis Society, are forced to protest against the builder (CRC) at the main gate of the society. The reasons for our protest are:
- Imposition of impractical and unreasonable common area maintenance charges without prior consultation or general meeting. The current charge of Rs.2.65 + GST is very high, yet the maintenance charge has been forcibly increased to Rs.4.15 + GST without the consent of the residents.
- Despite repeated requests for a general meeting, it has been ignored.
- Unfulfilled promises, including:
- Water aquarium between T1-T2
- Automated vehicle base scanner
- Mini golf course
- Security facilities
- Bathroom shaft outer mesh cover
- Very poor condition of the park or green area
- Pending seepage and leakage issues of expansion joints.
- Low standard maintenance work affecting greens, equipment, lift services and more.
Despite our mediation efforts, the builder has been reluctant and evasive. Now we are protesting by exercising our fundamental rights. Hundreds of residents attended the protest.
