Noida: The summer season has started with the incidents of fire day by day. In this sequence, on April 1, 2025, a fire broke out in Krishna Apra Plaza of Sector 18, Noida. Due to which some employees saved their lives by jumping from the top of the building. To avoid such a situation in the malls of our city, proper arrangements for crowd management should be made at all these places. For which the organization has some suggestions. These are as follows:-

During the operation of the mall, the roads are blocked by selling or renting out kiosks
All the routes to come in and out of the mall should be managed as per the map of the mall which has been certified by the authority and while getting the map passed from the authority, the routes inside the mall are shown as wide and convenient as per the rules. But during the operation of the mall, the roads are blocked by selling or renting out kiosks. Hence, in case of any emergency like a fire or earthquake, the situation of getting out of the mall will become difficult and on festivals and special days, the malls are very crowded and at that time, it becomes very difficult to walk on these roads. All the roads should be operated in the same manner as was shown while getting the map of the mall approved. Kiosks should be removed from all these roads.
Traffic is obstructed due to the kiosks
Some mall managements have allotted kiosks in the mall parking, which should not be the case, due to which traffic is obstructed there. The mall management should remove the kiosks allotted in the parking with immediate effect so that the people coming to the mall do not face inconvenience.
We request to take cognizance of the above suggestions and ensure arrangements in the mall so that the citizens will not face any problems during emergency and any untoward incident in future can be prevented to a great extent.
