Noida: The frustrated residents of RG Residency have fixed banners in the society against RG Builder for pending registry and other demands. RG Residency Association from time to time held peaceful protests against the builder for its pending demands, in which they mainly protested the demand for basic facilities and half of the project.
The project stalled for the past 8 years
8 years have passed but RG Builder has not yet completed its project, in which important 500 registries are still pending. The society does not have facilities like a banquet hall, swimming pool, gym and indoor games. The park is also incomplete, hence no place for kids to play.
The new tower is under construction!
In such a situation, the approval of the builder’s project to build two new towers with the new name Mirage is a question mark on the Uttar Pradesh government, Noida Authority and RERA. While the builder has not yet completed his project and has not inquired about this matter from the Apartment Owners Association present in the society.

In such a situation, the residents have no option left except to protest against the builder because they have appealed to the Noida Authority and the government many times on this issue, but there is no hearing.
The residents have decided to put up big banners inside the society to expose the black deeds of the builder and said that until the demands of the residents are met. The banners and posters will continue to be put up in the coming days. A plan is being made to continue the protest from time to time to reach the authorities and the government in the coming days.

If bankrupt, how the construction of new towers is happening?
Builder has already been declared bankrupt in NCLT by misleading the government and the court. But instead of completing his old project, the builder is building his two new towers Mirage. Apart from this, the builder has a liability of 170 crores of Noida Authority. Due to the builder not clearing the dues of Noida Authority, the registration of 500 people is stuck, on the other hand, they are working day and night for the construction of their two towers, for this the administration should immediately stop it.
The builder has kept the project of RG Residency pending till now, whereas the Noida Authority has issued a letter from 2019 and talked about giving a complete handover to the association. But for the last 8 years, the builder has been misleading the residents of RG.
Residents informed Apartment Times that the Builder has not given IBMS or STP. There is no solar panel, no firefighting equipment, swimming pool, power back up and clubhouse.
