Greater Noida West: With the chanting of sacred mantras, the fragrance of devotion and the resounding echoes of “Jai Mata Di”, the Navratri Mahotsav at Supertech Eco Village-1 began on a deeply spiritual note.

The grand festival is being organised by the Tryambakeshwar Shiv Temple Trust, bringing the residents together in collective prayer and devotion as they welcome Maa Durga into the temple premises.

The idol of Maa Durga was ceremonially installed following traditional rituals, Vedic mantras and traditions. As prayers were offered before the Divine Mother, the temple transformed into a serene and spiritually charged space. The atmosphere was filled with devotion as residents sought the blessings of Maa Durga for peace, prosperity, happiness and the well-being of their families.

The beautifully decorated temple, illuminated with colourful lights and festive adornments, has taken on a divine appearance during the nine-day celebration. Residents are visiting the temple with their families to offer prayers, participate in offerings and experience the spiritual energy of Navratri.

The celebrations continued with a Ramleela performance at the temple premises by artists from outside the society.

Through the sacred story of Lord Shri Ram, the performance brought alive the timeless values of dharma, truth, righteousness and moral conduct. For children in particular, the Ramleela provided an opportunity to learn about India’s rich spiritual and cultural heritage and understand the ideals embodied by Maryada Purushottam Lord Shri Ram.

A festival that brings the community together

The Navratri celebrations went beyond religious rituals and programmes. The temple premises were also adorned with food stalls, shopping stalls and swings for children, creating a festive atmosphere where families could come together and celebrate the spirit of Navratri.

The festival provided residents with an opportunity to take a break from their daily routines, come together as a community and immerse themselves in devotion while celebrating India’s rich cultural traditions. The Tryambakeshwar Shiv Temple Trust invited residents to participate in the Navratri Mahotsav with their families and seek the divine blessings of Maa Durga.

The celebrations at Eco Village-1 reflected a beautiful confluence of faith, devotion, cultural values and community unity, with residents coming together in prayer and devotion to seek the blessings of the Divine Mother.
