Greater Noida West: Civitech Developers has initiated the process to obtain the Occupancy Certificate (OC) for its residential project Civitech Strings in Sector 12, Greater Noida West. The developer has targeted partial possession of apartments in Towers A and B in 2026, with No Objection Certificates (NOCs) currently being obtained from the concerned statutory authorities.
According to the developer, the project has entered its final phase of completion. The commencement of the OC process marks a key milestone ahead of the planned handover to homebuyers.
771 apartments across four towers
Spread across 18,000 square metres, Civitech Strings comprises 771 apartments in 2 BHK and 3 BHK configurations. The super area of apartments in Towers A and B ranges from approximately 1,090 sq. ft. for 2 BHK units to 1,250–1,275 sq. ft. for 3 BHK units.
The project features four residential towers built around a podium-based layout, with a clubhouse and a landscaped central courtyard.
Developer highlights upgrades in project specifications
Commenting on the development, Sarthi Goel, chief executive officer of Civitech Group, said the project reflects years of planning and the developer’s commitment to improving residents’ lifestyles.
The company had introduced additional features beyond the specifications outlined in the initial project brochure. The developer is preparing to begin possession in 2026, subject to the required approvals.

The project also features Tower Daytona, which has been designed to offer an upgraded luxury experience. Its features include 12-foot ceiling heights, premium branded hardware fittings with antique finishes, expanded super areas and modern shower cubicles in master bedrooms.
Clubhouse, sports and recreational facilities
Civitech Strings offers a range of lifestyle and recreational amenities, including a clubhouse with a swimming pool and gymnasium. Other facilities include sports courts, jogging and cycling tracks, a skating rink, a salon, a library, an open-air amphitheatre and a dedicated children’s play area.
The project also includes a commercial hub intended to cater to residents’ everyday retail requirements.
Connectivity to Noida and Greater Noida
Located along the Noida–Greater Noida Link Road, Civitech Strings offers connectivity to the surrounding areas. According to the developer, the project is approximately 15 minutes from NH-24 and is situated adjacent to an upcoming metro station.
The development is being undertaken by SAG Realtech Private Limited, a subsidiary of Civitech Group, under RERA registration number UPRERAPRJ646272.
Civitech Strings is part of the developer’s wider real estate portfolio in the National Capital Region (NCR). The company’s other projects include Civitech Sampriti in Sector 77, Noida, Civitech Stadia in Sector 79, Noida, and Civitech Florencia in Sector 9, Vaishali, Ghaziabad. Note: The partial possession timeline for Towers A and B remains targeted for 2026. The actual handover will depend on the completion of the necessary regulatory approvals and other applicable formalities.
