Bhoomi Pujan held for Prabhu Shri Ramleela 2026 in Greater Noida West

Greater Noida West : Bhoomi Pujan for Prabhu Shri Ramleela 2026 was held on Sunday, August 23, 2026, at the proposed Ramleela ground in Ecotech-12, near Ek Murti, Greater Noida West. The Ramleela and cultural programme is scheduled to be held from October 10 to 24. The ceremony was attended by religious leaders, public representatives, members of the organising trust and residents.

Among those present were Chatur Narayan Parashar Maharaj of Vrindavan Dham, Dr. Shivam Sadhak Maharaj of Gauri Shankar Dham, Vrindavan, Gautam Buddha Nagar MP Dr. Mahesh Sharma, Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council members Shrichand Sharma and Dinesh Kumar Goyal, Dadri MLA Tejpal Singh Nagar, BJP Gautam Buddh Nagar District President Abhishek Sharma and BJP Western Uttar Pradesh Regional President Nawab Singh Nagar.

Ramleela to be held over 15 days

According to the organisers, the event will feature Ramleela performances along with cultural and community programmes. The festival ground has been planned across more than 50 acres of land.

The organisers said they are expecting a large number of visitors during the 15-day programme and have planned arrangements accordingly. A 60×60-foot Ram Mandir installation is also part of the planned programme. The organisers have announced several cultural and community activities to be held during the festival.

Focus on cultural and religious programmes

Speaking at the Bhoomi Pujan ceremony, Dr. Mahesh Sharma said the event would provide an opportunity for people to come together and participate in programmes based on Indian cultural traditions. Deepak Yadav, President of Prabhu Shri Ramleela Sewa Trust, said the Bhoomi Pujan marked the beginning of preparations for the October programme. He thanked the religious leaders and public representatives who attended the ceremony.

The organisers said the festival will be open to the public and will include traditional Ramleela performances and other cultural activities.

Trust invites participation from organisations

The Trust has also invited organisations to associate with the event as founding partners. It said the initiative would be supported through community participation and institutional partnerships. Prabhu Shri Ramleela Sewa Trust is a registered charitable trust based in Greater Noida West. According to the organisation, it works on cultural, spiritual and community welfare initiatives. The Prabhu Shri Ramleela 2026 programme will begin on October 10 and continue until October 24 at Ecotech-12, Greater Noida West.
