NOFAA announced the new executive for the 2026–28 term, the team was elected unopposed.

Noida. The Noida Federation of Apartment Owners Associations (NOFAA) has successfully completed the elections for its new executive committee for the upcoming two-year term. In this election process, all office bearers were elected unopposed. In the new executive committee, Puneet Sharma has been elected as President, who will replace Rajeev Singh. Meanwhile, Surojit Dasgupta has been elected as General Secretary, who will replace Prof. Rajesh Sahay. 

The full list of elected office bearers is as follows: 

President: Puneet Sharma 

General Secretary: Surojit Dasgupta 

Treasurer: Rajeev Saxena 

Vice Presidents: Abdul Bari, Sandeep Bhat, Umashankar Sharma, Bharat Bhushan Sharma 

Secretaries: Suresh Sharma, Dr. Tarun Mittal, Sushil Bahuguna 

Joint Secretaries: Rahul Srivastava, Ankit Srivastava, Rajneesh Nandan 

Executive Committee Members: Pallavi Kaushik, Mahendra Singh 

Puneet Sharma, who is a senior banker by profession, has deep expertise in AOA management and extensive experience in working with various government departments and regulatory bodies. He is also equally committed to social issues and is the Chief Advisor of Caring Association India. They also serve as the chief advisor. Surojit Dasgupta is a senior go-to-market (GTM) business leader. He has extensive experience in AOA leadership and is known for establishing effective coordination with various stakeholders, including residents, government agencies, and public representatives.
