Greater Noida West: Security concerns continue to escalate at Shri Radha Sky Garden, where residents have once again raised serious objections over alleged irregularities in the car sticker allocation system and the unchecked movement of unauthorised vehicles and individuals within the premises.

The issue, first highlighted earlier this month, remains unresolved, prompting visible dissatisfaction among residents. They allege that despite repeated complaints and reminders, the maintenance and security management have failed to implement any effective corrective measures.

Complaints have been ongoing since March 2025

Residents claim that from March 2025 to February 2026, multiple written complaints and emails were submitted to the management. The key demands included:

  • Implementation of a strict entry control system
  • Immediate action against unauthorised vehicles
  • Strengthening of overall security mechanisms within the society

In addition to formal communication, residents state that the matter was repeatedly raised through phone calls, WhatsApp messages and meetings. However, no clear action plan, written assurance or defined timeline has been officially issued to date.

Meeting assurance, yet no ground action

On February 6, 2026, a meeting was held at the maintenance office where the management reportedly assured residents of a prompt resolution. However, more than two weeks later, residents say no tangible steps have been taken.

According to them, the absence of a structured vehicle sticker system and ineffective gate verification procedures has created vulnerabilities in the society’s security framework.

Core security mechanism under question

Residents emphasise that a regulated car sticker system and controlled entry protocol form the backbone of any gated residential complex’s security architecture. Failure to enforce these mechanisms, they argue, increases the risk of:

  • Unauthorized access
  • Suspicious vehicle parking
  • Potential security breaches

Many residents have described the situation as a serious safety risk rather than a routine administrative delay.

‘There is no structured security protocol in place’ – Residents

Anyone can enter the premises without proper verification, simply by providing a random or incorrect flat number to gain access. Although car stickers were issued for the first three years, the system was never renewed or reformed thereafter, and no new stickers have been allocated. Residents allege that the overall security mechanism is functioning in a highly inadequate and negligent manner.

Residents
Warning of escalation

With frustration mounting, residents have now warned that if immediate corrective action is not initiated, they will escalate the matter to administrative authorities and police officials.

The ongoing controversy has placed the society’s maintenance and security management under scrutiny, with residents demanding transparency, accountability and a clearly defined implementation roadmap to restore confidence in the security system.
