RWA Elections in Beta-1 Sector: Clear Guidelines Issued for Voter Participation

Noida : The Residents Welfare Association (RWA) of Sector Beta-1 has announced detailed rules for the upcoming elections scheduled for Sunday, August 31, 2025. The voting will take place from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Community Centre (Barat Ghar), Block-B, Beta-1.

To ensure transparency and fair participation, the election committee has laid out the following mandatory guidelines for all voters:

1. Eligibility Based on Ownership – Only those residents who possess valid ownership proof of their house will be allowed to vote.

2. Valid Ownership Documents – Accepted documents include:

  Lease Deed cum Registry

3. Submission of Ownership Proof – Voters must bring One photocopy of the ownership document along with them.

4. Identity Verification – Carrying an Aadhaar Card is compulsory. A photocopy of the Aadhaar Card must also be submitted at the time of voting.

5. Voting Rights for Multiple Properties – In cases where a resident owns two houses in the sector, they will be entitled to two votes, one for each property.
