It’s ironic that while Noida Authority is issuing notices to Apartment Owners Associations (AOAs) for non-compliance with waste management rules, it’s failing to take cognizance of its own department’s actions. We urge the Health Department to take prompt action and ensure that garbage is disposed of properly.
