Amrapali Leisure Park: Interim AOA dissolved, Residents show solidarity

Greater Noida West: After the AOA was dissolved in Amrapali Leisure Park Society, around 200 residents of the society united and passed a no-confidence motion against the interim Apartment Owners Association (AOA). It was the largest General Body Meeting (GBM) ever in the history of the society.

The meeting was chaired by Shishir Sinha, Chairman, Amrapali Leisure Valley. He ensured fairness in the entire process. The no-confidence motion was presented by Upendra Chaudhary, Avinash Kumar and Ramkumar Sisodia.

Residents expressed their views

In the meeting, many residents expressed their views on the inefficiency of the AOA. Around 50 residents including Shaily, Paramjeet, Shivani, Suman, Shweneet Verma, Sachin Gupta and Manish Rai lodged their complaints. They explained in detail the mismanagement and inefficiency of the AOA.

United for a better future

With the unanimous consent of the residents, it was decided to dissolve the AOA. This decision paves way for the formation of a new and more competent management in the society.

‘Result of collective efforts’

Commenting on this momentous event, a senior resident said, “This is the result of our collective effort. We are aware of our rights and are united for a better future.” The entire proceedings were video recorded to ensure transparency. This move will help in building trust among the residents. The process of forming a new AOA is expected to begin in the coming days.
