This came to light when the residents of the society complained about it. A case has been registered against Ravindra Bhati several times in Surajpur police station. A case was registered in this matter last month. A person living in Plumeria Garden Estate Society located in the Surajpur police station area had filed a case. The person informed that the AOA president along with his associates beat him up and also snatched his phone. The victim was extremely scared of this. Troubled by the hooliganism of the president, the victim had lodged a case in Surajpur police station under sections 506, 504 and 323, whose case number is 257. Earlier, a case has also been registered against Ravindra Bhati under sections 323, 352 and 147.
Allegation of hooliganism against AOA
Residents say that the outgoing AOA board had re-appointed itself unopposed by improperly conducting elections in the society. After that, the complaint of the residents was taken into consideration and both the parties were given a chance to present their side. After the hearing, the Deputy Registrar found that there were serious irregularities in the election process. He declared the outgoing AOA board time-barred and directed them to conduct re-elections under the supervision of the administration within a month. Complainant resident Anurag Khurana said that after this decision, many residents of the society have heaved a sigh of relief. The residents of the society have made several serious allegations of hooliganism against the AOA. People say that AOA works to disrupt peace of the place.
