Haibatpur: The Durga Enclave delegation met Greater Noida Authority, OSD Ramnayan Singh took information about demolition and gave a memorandum
OSD Ramnayan Singh immediately took cognizance and called the concerned officers and took complete information, when the present officers did not give satisfactory answers, he took immediate action and ordered them to correct the mistake.
The employee working in the area was also asked to provide complete and correct information as soon as possible regarding the construction being done on the land of Green Belt.
An atmosphere of fear prevails among the residents of the Haibatpur submerged area of Greater Noida and they are afraid of their homes getting demolished, in which they have invested their entire life’s earnings.
Prem Singh, RWA Vice President, Durga Enclave says, ” The demolition notice is sensitive and unnecessary. We all residents want to clarify that we have all the documents and permissions here. We all Durga Enclave residents have electricity connections, ration cards, voter ID, gas connection and necessary documents. Then why demolition of our place when we do not have any construction on the greenbelt land“
Santosh Verma, Secretary, Durga Enclave says, “In the colony area, serious problems are arising due to land mafia, colonizers selling and building plots every day, cutting of soil and maintenance of slums. The authority cannot protect the green belt but is harassing the general public by giving notices, so the general public lives in an atmosphere of fear.“
Rajendra Thakur Fauji says, “When the colonizer gave us the land, he told us that it was clean, but today we have invested our retirement money in our home. If something happens, we will be left with nothing, our children will be on the streets.“
Ashu Gurjar, Farmer leader says, “Land of Green Belt which comes in your jurisdiction in Greater Noida, the colonizer and the dealer have sold the land wrongly due to which the common innocent public has lost their money and today their condition has become worse. We demand appropriate action against the colonizer for cheating and fraud.”
Ambuj Kumar, Resident says. “The development of the colony started in 2009. Currently, about 84 to 85% of the houses are built and more than 5000 residents are living in their homes. They have spent their entire lives’ hard-earned money and hard work. If something happens to them, they will get nothing but death.”
Harkesh Chauhan, Durga Enclave Advisor says, “Whatever happens, we will not let the poors’ homes be demolished, even if we have to make any sacrifice for this, it is built with our blood and sweat.”
Pradeep, a Resident, Durga Enclave says, “We did not build the house in a day. No one came at that time, today they come and talk about demolishing our house. This is a complete conspiracy in which the colonizer is involved. The colonizer is harassing and troubling us by meeting the staff of the authority.”
