Greater Noida West: The problems of individuals living in high-rise societies of Noida and Greater Noida West are not reducing. The same is the case with Mahagun Mantra, Greater Noida West. The residents here are seriously angry with the maintenance management. Despite the high maintenance charges, residents allege that the condition of cleanliness, security and basic amenities is extremely poor.
Innumerable problems
Expressing concern over the security system, residents informed Apartment Times that fewer guards are deployed than the prescribed number. The foul smell spreads due to dust and garbage heaps in the basement, while the garbage disposal machine is not being used. Problems like poor condition of the lift, broken tiles and substandard swimming pool have persisted for a long time. Residents say that despite complaints, these problems are not being resolved.
Preparations for demonstration at the builder’s office
Resident representatives Devendra Jakhar, JP Pandey, Chetna, Arun Badola and others have warned that if the situation does not improve within a week, they will stop paying maintenance charges and protest at the builder’s office. The main demand of the residents is that the current maintenance manager be replaced and the problems be resolved quickly. They say that despite repeated complaints and protests, a permanent solution is not being found.
