Greater Noida West: Events of lifts getting stuck in Gautam Buddha Nagar continues. This time the lift of La Residentia stuck between two floors. At the time of the incident, a girl was there in the lift. For about 35 minutes the girl kept pleading to God with folded hands to save her. The lift man who arrived on information took the girl out.
People arrived on hearing the screams of the girl
According to the information, an 8-year-old girl was coming down the lift in school dress in La Residentia Society on Tuesday morning. Then suddenly the lift stopped in the middle. Due to this the girl remained stuck in the lift for about 35 minutes.
The girl was taken out of the lift at 8.40 am
She kept pleading to God with folded hands to save her again and again. Sonu Kumar, Lift operator says, “At 8 am he had gone to fix the MCB of the lift light of Tower-20. Then suddenly the lift of Tower-5 broke down. Then a call came from Sunil of maintenance that a girl was stuck in the big lift of Tower-5. After reaching the spot, the girl was taken out of the lift at 8.40 am. The girl remained stuck for about 35 minutes.”
Demand to implement the Lift Act as soon as possible
It is worth noting that such cases of people getting stuck in lifts keep coming up in from societies. The issue of the Lift Act is being raised continuously. Even after being passed in the Assembly, the Lift Act has not been implemented yet. People of Greater Noida West say that the Lift Act should be implemented as soon as possible.
