Noida: A fire broke out in Logix Mall located in the Kotwali area of Noida Sector-24 at around 12:15 pm on Friday, July 05, 2024. Many people were present in the mall at the time of this incident. It is being told that first a shop caught fire and then it started increasing. After receiving the information, the local police team and fire department employees reached the spot.
How did the accident happen
As per the information received, Suddenly there was an explosion in a shop located in Logix Mall and a fire broke out. This incident happened when many people were shopping in the mall. Due to the rapid spread of smoke, people present in the mall started running hither and thither out of fear. As soon as the information was received, the fire department and police reached the spot. Several fire brigade vehicles were deployed to extinguish the fire. Firemen and other employees are controlling the fire together.
Goods worth lakhs of rupees burnt so far
Due to the fire, there has been a huge loss in the mall. The goods of the shop were burnt to ashes and due to the spread of smoke, other shops in the mall also suffered damage. The exact cause of the fire has not been ascertained yet, but in the preliminary investigation, a short circuit is being considered as the cause of the fire. The area around the accident spot is being evacuated by the police.
