Contractors are not allowed to meet the IRP

Home buyers are not getting homes, contractors are not getting their dues. Supertech contractors had also staged a sit-in protest last week when they were not allowed to meet the IRP. There was also a fight between security personnel and Supertech staff, the video of which went viral. However, considering the sensitivity of the situation, Sector 39 Kotwali police were present at the spot.

Company gone bankrupt

Home buyers of Supertech Ecovillage-2 say that the builder took money from them but did not give them homes. The company has gone bankrupt, IRP has been looking after all the work for the last two years but still construction work has not started in the incomplete towers. Home buyers are feeling cheated after paying the money. The anxiety of the home buyers is that for the last two years, IRP has been sitting on the company, in two years what work has IRP done to complete the society and provide homes to the home buyers apart from filling its own pockets? What has been done for the registration of those who have possession of the house?

Contractors are promised but not given anything

After the protest last week, the contractors were assured of payment, but in the absence of payment, the contractors protested again. On behalf of the contractors, the elderly, women and children also protested by banging utensils.
